First thing in the morning, cleanse your skin with only water, not a cleanser. Water removes the few impurities that settle on the face during the night, and keeps skin hydrated, too.

Step 2:

Toner

Essence

 It is a water-based skin care product that contains a high content of active ingredients to hydrate, protect, and boost the overall health of the skin. When essence is applied to clean skin after using a cleanser and toner, it helps restore hydration to the skin cells.

Why is essence good for the skin?

“An essence includes a lot of great benefits for your skin and acts as a primer for your skincare routine. It makes the active ingredients in your existing skincare steps that much more effective. It provides a ton of moisture deep within the skin, restoring the natural moisture balance.”

Serum

what is a face serum?

A face serum is a lightweight skincare product that contains a higher concentration of active ingredients (such as Hyaluronic Acid, Glycolic Acid, and Vitamin C), compared to typical facial moisturizers.

They are used to treat specialized skincare issues like dark spots, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, or dullness. A serum is usually applied after washing the face with a sulfate-free face wash and before applying a moisturizer.

Is serum good for the face?

Face serum gives the collagen in your skin a boost, helping to keep it firm and plumping out fine lines and wrinkles. Fine lines and wrinkles are a normal part of skin maturation, but it is dullness and dryness which makes them seem aging. By using a serum, your skin will be more radiant and full of color.

 Step 5

Eye creams

What is the purpose of an eye cream?

Like moisturizers you use on your face, eye creams include skin-restoring and replenishing benefit ingredients to help hydrate, reduce the appearance of puffiness and dark circles and defend against UV rays and other environmental aggressors.

 Step 6;

Moisturizer

Moisturizers have long been a part of skincare routines.  It creates a barrier between your skin and the climate, including cold, dry air that can further dry out the skin. Moisturizing also helps to rehydrate and enhance the capacity of the skin to hold water.

There are plenty of reasons why we should use moisturizer.

 Moisturizers have been shown to increase the water content in the stratum corneum, the skin’s outermost layer, which relieves dryness. They’re also known to fight signs of aging and help skin look healthier.

How to moisturize your face?

Moisturizers should be applied to clean skin after you cleanse your face, as they prevent skin from drying out post-wash. They’re also most effective when applied to slightly damp skin, as they seal in moisture.

“It’s important to lightly  exfoliate your skin, which you can do by using a baby washcloth every time you wash your face or using a cotton pad,

Then, apply a pea-sized amount of moisturizer to your face using your fingertips, and lightly rub it in using circular motions until it’s all absorbed.

 Step7 ;

Sunscreen

What is SPF?

Sun protection factor (SPF) represents a sunscreen’s ability to protect against a specific portion of ultraviolet (UV) light called UVB. UVB rays are responsible for sunburns and skin cancer.

 There are two other portions of UV light:

 UVC rays (which don’t pass the earth’s atmosphere) and UVA rays (which are also responsible for skin cancer as well as skin aging). A sunscreen that is broad spectrum will protect against both UVB and UVA rays.

What sunscreen should I buy?

For day-to-day use, pick a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. If you spend time outdoors, choose a product with SPF 60 or greater. In reality, most people do not use as much sunscreen as they should, and this higher SPF helps compensate for the reduced application.

How much sunscreen do I need?

it is recommended to use 2 milligrams of sunscreen per square centimeter of skin, “which is equivalent to one shot glass for the body or two tablespoons.
